Qualifications

  • Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Have at least three years' experience within banking, financial services, or another regulated environment.
  • Possess advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a wider HR team.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to supporting a broad range of HR activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and administration of the organisation's learning and development programme.
  • Maintain and monitor training plans, ensuring learning activities are delivered effectively and on schedule.
  • Produce HR reports, dashboards and management information using Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Analyse, reconcile and validate HR data to support informed business decision-making.
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations cases, maintaining accurate and confidential documentation.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys and wellbeing activities.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business and external providers.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities and provide general HR administrative assistance as required.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.

Job Offer
  • Daily rate between 150 and 165, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Temporary contract for six months with possible for extension.
