A leading university in the UK is seeking an HR Assistant apprentice to support People Development. This role involves enhancing service delivery, maintaining eLearning systems, and assisting with training courses. This role is based at our Office within the University’s Whiteknights Campus. The successful candidate will support People Development, enhance the team's service, assist with various activities, and serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
You will support the maintenance of our eLearning system, generate reports, and assist with booking and running internal training courses. There will also be opportunities to shadow other teams across Human Resources to gain broader understanding.
As an HR Assistant, you should meet the eligibility criteria for the apprenticeship, possess excellent communication skills, a desire to deliver exceptional customer service, and strong administrative and computer skills.
The Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship will last 18 months and is delivered by HIT Training. You will receive internal support from the People Development team to apply your learning, build your experience, and prepare for your next career step after completion.
