Overview

HR Assistant / Administrator (6-Month FTC - Potential to Go Permanent). Location: Near Weybridge / Walton-upon-Thames Station (Head Office). Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience).

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to become a permanent role. You'll work in a supportive and collaborative HR team, gaining hands-on experience across core people processes and initiatives.

What you’ll do
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and databases
  • Preparing monthly payroll data and submitting to external providers
  • Assisting with interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and diary management
  • Raising and processing HR-related invoices
  • Supporting onboarding, welcome processes and inductions
  • Helping ensure legal and policy compliance across employee documentation
  • Producing and updating reports for the HR team using Excel
  • Coordinating internal training sessions and supporting development activities
  • Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing events
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support and getting stuck in with ad hoc HR projects
