We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our people operations team. This role could be full or part time job share. You can be based at one of our offices, (York, London, Swindon), or work on a hybrid arrangement. This can be discussed in more detail at interview.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a busy team and wants to gain experience in a variety of HR related activities, people development and volunteering.
As HR Assistant, you will be critical to the running of our people and culture operations function in this varied role. You will provide first-line information to our employees, volunteers and managers, bridging the administrative support between the people operations team and the central HR shared services. You will be comfortable building rapport with our people and using your skills to provide outstanding support and guidance.
To be considered as a HR Assistant, you'll need:
- to able to organise, plan and prioritise efficiently
- strong IT skills with database experience
- to enjoy working as part of a busy and geographically dispersed team
