We are looking to recruit a HR Assistant for a manufacturing company based in Doncaster. They are seeking someone to support the HR Manager with various duties across the business.

We welcome applications from HR Assistants, HR Coordinators, and Personnel Administrators to carry out HR duties.

Duties of the HR Assistant:
  1. Liaise with HR advisors and follow their recommendations.
  2. Manage the recruitment process, including advertising, interview administration, conducting interviews, and managing induction and exit processes.
  3. Authorize, record, and provide statistics on holidays, attendance, and payroll.
  4. Conduct investigations, meetings, and reviews, liaising with line managers as needed.
  5. Administer the clocking system.
  6. Take notes during HR and Directors' meetings.
  7. Handle day-to-day HR issues across all areas of the business.
  8. Assist in setting up and implementing training programs.
