The Role:
Job Title: HR Assistant
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000
Location: London

What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:

  1. Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, escalating when required.
  2. Support the HR coordination with employee lifecycle duties, partnering closely with the HR Business Partners.
  3. Ensuring all employee data is up to date and maintained on relevant systems.
  4. Prepare payroll for the UK and Overseas, and support with benefits administration.
  5. Conduct background checks for all new joiners.
What is the company looking for?
  1. 1-3 years’ experience supporting in a HR function
  2. CIPD qualified, or a desire to study
  3. Confident using Systems, and Excel including VLookups etc
  4. A true team player with a passion for HR
  5. Strong written and verbal communication
