About the Role

As a HR Assistant, you will be at the forefront of HR operations, acting as the first point of contact for the business. This is a hybrid role, including office presence 2-4 days per week at Hammersmith.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver weekly and monthly administrative tasks, including benefits schemes, offboarding reports, and maternity leave communications.
  • Assign, monitor, and respond to cases within Workday, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Oversee People Support inbox for external queries, including reference requests and managing offboarding documentation.
  • Support cyclical HR processes and ad hoc project work as assigned by the HR Services Manager.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
