Job summary

Trayport, based in London, is seeking an HR Assistant to deliver high-quality administrative, operational, and HRIS support across our European region. You will be the first point of contact for employee queries and help ensure accurate data and timely lifecycle processing in joiners, movers, and leavers.

You will support payroll inputs with Global Payroll and Total Rewards, assist with ER cases, maintain records in HRIS, and contribute to audits and policy updates.

  • Basic understanding of UK Employment Law.

Job description

The HR Assistant delivers high-quality administrative, operational, and HRIS support across our European region. This role ensures data accuracy, smooth joiner/mover/leaver execution, and seamless daily HR service delivery as the first point of contact for employee queries.

Responsibilities

  • Prior exposure to working within an international HR shared service operations
  • Proven experience in a customer / client facing role
  • Experience with G-Suite and Workday
  • Interest in wider HR community and career opportunities (for example, currently undertaking or interest in completing CIPD Qualification)
