• Equivalent qualifications subject to validation.

Responsibilities

• Support HR business partners in managing employee resources and performance.
• Collaborate with digital transformation teams to develop and improve HR tools and processes.
• Assist recruitment campaigns to enable successful Airbus hires.
• Support culture change and engagement initiatives to improve the working environment.
