Job Description

Corin is seeking a passionate HR and Onboarding Coordinator to join our dedicated HR team at Corin Head Office in Cirencester. This key role involves managing recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a positive and seamless experience for new employees.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the Recruitment Business Partner with all recruitment activities, including posting global job adverts and maintaining the HR System (Dayforce).
  2. Organising work experience and supporting the T-Level programme.
  3. Reviewing CVs, screening candidates, liaising with hiring managers, and managing offer and onboarding administration.
  4. Completing Right to Work checks and coordinating employment checks such as references and DBS checks.
  5. Coordinating onboarding, HR induction, and mandatory training activities.
  6. Ensuring provision of PPE, uniforms, and equipment to new starters.
  7. Acting as a point of contact for new employees and supporting induction and training schedules.
  8. Managing probation period reminders and supporting process improvements within the HR team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about working with people, ideally working towards CIPD Level 3.
  • Experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous.
  • Customer-focused with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Confidential, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Experience with HR systems and proficient in Microsoft Office.
