Job Description

Corin is looking for a passionate HR and Onboarding Coordinator to join our dedicated HR team based at Corin Head Office in Cirencester. This will be a fundamental role in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure that we are providing an engaging, seamless, and positive experience for all new employees joining Corin!

The HR and Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  1. Supporting the Recruitment Business Partner with all recruitment activity including posting global job adverts across multiple advertising platforms.
  2. Utilising and maintaining the HR System (Dayforce) to administer our end-to-end recruitment activity.
  3. Organising work experience and supporting the T-Level programme.
  4. Reviewing CVs and screening candidates for a variety of roles.
  5. Liaising with hiring managers to gather feedback, present offers, and manage the offer process.
  6. Managing administration for offers and onboarding, including offer letters, employment contracts, and starter packs for UK employees.
  7. Completing Right to Work checks and coordinating employment checks such as references, driving checks, eye tests, and DBS checks.
  8. Coordinating onboarding, HR induction, and mandatory training activities.
  9. Ensuring provision of PPE, uniforms, and equipment to new starters.
  10. Acting as a point of contact for new starters and supporting their queries.
  11. Working with managers to create training schedules and supporting induction processes.
  12. Linking UK job descriptions to training schedules and maintaining training records.
  13. Organising and performing one-week check-in meetings with new starters.
  14. Managing probation period reminders for line managers.
  15. Supporting process improvements and HR projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Passionate about working with people, ideally working towards or seeking CIPD Level 3.
  • Experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of confidentiality importance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and reliable attitude.
  • Experience with HRIS or recruitment systems and data maintenance.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
