JPMorgan Chase offers a 9-week Human Resources Analyst Development Program Summer Analyst position. You will work on live problems with HR product owners, analytics teams, and business leaders, owning a defined project and presenting to senior stakeholders at the end of the summer.

Beyond hands-on experience, you will receive structured training, mentorship, and opportunities to connect with senior leaders and peers across the organization.

Qualifications

• Expected graduation between December 2027 and July 2028.
• Interest in HR and the future of work.

Responsibilities

• Own an end-to-end project tied to a business priority.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, while validating outputs.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design people strategies.
• Develop critical thinking, problem solving, and digital-first mindset.
• Present project deliverable and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build relationships with peers across regions and participate in training.
