Job summary

ABL Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Assistant for our London branch of a leading international bank. This role offers exposure across Learning & Development, HR analytics, employee relations, and wider HR operations, helping ensure the smooth delivery of HR services and driving key projects.

You will maintain accurate HR records, provide workforce data and reporting, and work closely with the HR team in a collaborative environment where your contribution has real impact.

Qualifications

• HR experience and strong analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and data handling capability.
• Highly organised, detail oriented and able to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support learning and development initiatives and training programmes.
• Produce HR reports, dashboards, and management information using Excel.
• Analyse and reconcile HR data to support business decision-making.
• Assist with employee relations administration and maintain confidential case documentation.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and broader HR projects.
• Ensure HR records, policies, and processes remain accurate and compliant.
