We are recruiting for an HR Analyst to support the European Investment Banking (IB) HR Business Partnering team. This is a forward-thinking role offering the opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling various HR queries
- Collaborating with Lateral and Campus Recruiting teams on European IB recruitment, providing guidance on compensation and regulatory matters
- Coordinating with HR Operations, Payroll, and Benefits on IB-related issues
- Preparing HR documentation such as employment contracts, change of employment terms letters, and probation letters, and advising employees on these documents
- Engaging with Employment Legal as needed
- Supporting performance evaluation processes at year-end and mid-year
- Assisting with Compensation processes, system updates, process documentation, audits, and ad hoc tasks
- Managing the onboarding check-in process for new hires
- Generating and analyzing reports
Skills and Experience:
- Several years of HR experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; advanced Excel skills including formulas like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, MIN, MAX, and array formulas
- Focus on metrics and data analytics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive problem-solver who owns initiatives and drives them forward
- Team player with initiative and the ability to contribute ideas and recommendations
- Capable of managing pressure and conflicting priorities
- Professional, adaptable, and discreet when handling confidential information
- Degree educated
- Experience in a fast-paced, global environment is preferred but not essential
