The EMEA Financial Institutions Group (FIG) is responsible for the origination and execution of public and private M&A and capital markets transactions involving corporate, financial sponsor and government clients. We maintain pivotal relationships with many of the most prominent clients in the EMEA financial services industry and aid them, through M&A and capital markets transactions, in delivering on their corporate strategy and structure.
We cover origination and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets transactions, as well as market top-tier corporate broking services across the FIG client base, together with colleagues from other product teams.
As an Investment Banking Experienced Analyst within the FIG Iberia team, you will play a crucial role in implementing the Firm's business strategies. Your responsibilities will include closely collaborating with the team to meet our clients' needs and enhance Morgan's reputation and presence in the market. You will be expected to collaborate across various teams to devise strategies for clients, construct detailed financial models, analyze market data, and prepare presentations for clients.
Morgan's first-class continuing education program will further enhance the candidate’s ongoing development and career progression.
