An established industry player in the Rail/Transportation sector is seeking an HR Analyst to join their team for a 12-month interim role. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for flexibility with approximately three days in the office and two days remote each week. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of HR practices and data analysis, contributing to the development of innovative HR strategies. The role of HR Analyst (Assistant HR Business Partner - Workforce Development/OD) will report to the Head of Workforce Development and support a range of tasks including but not limited to:
