An established industry player in the Rail/Transportation sector is seeking an HR Analyst to join their team for a 12-month interim role. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for flexibility with approximately three days in the office and two days remote each week. Job Description

The role of HR Analyst (Assistant HR Business Partner - Workforce Development/OD) will report to the Head of Workforce Development and support a range of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Gathering, interpreting, analysing, and presenting HR/OD data concisely and comprehensively.
  • Undertaking research and analysis to support the development of new strategies and action plans.
  • Keeping up-to-date information on new practices and trends in the HR environment (terms and conditions, new roles, pay practices, engagement activities).
  • Building, organising, and maintaining a library of HR/OD documentation, including role profiles, job families, terms and conditions, and HR policies.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement and innovation regarding HR practices development.
  • Organising and facilitating engagement events with colleagues, including setting up workshops, working groups, and presenting work, analysis, and reports.
  • Supporting benchmarking exercises with external organisations and suppliers.

PageGroup is pleased to support a successful organisation in the Rail/Transportation Sector with the appointment of an HR Analyst for a 12-month interim role. The role offers hybrid working of approximately 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week, with some travel to sites in London and Crewe.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of generalist HR and/or OD, with some exposure to the duties listed above from previous roles.
