We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join our team on a one-year contract based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong HR operational knowledge and analytical skills to support the review, optimisation, and documentation of HR policies and processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and project teams to analyse current HR practices, gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and ensure policies and procedures are accurately documented and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and collaborative HR professional who combines strong analytical capability with excellent communication skills. You will be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, translating business requirements into clear documentation, and driving improvements across HR processes and policies.
