Qualifications

• Graduate (minimum degree) in relevant discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• CIPD or equivalent (either completed or studying towards).

Responsibilities

• Provides tailored HR guidance to staff and managers to support policy implementation.
• Collaborates with Reward, Talent Development, Acquisition, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
• Assists with complex queries from line managers and staff, coordinating with HR centers of expertise.
• Supports employee relations issues and maintains high staff engagement and trust.
• Analyzes HR metrics and KPIs, providing actionable feedback.
• Documents decisions and maintains accurate audit trails for HR processes.
