• Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in the UK.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support including talent management, ER, engagement and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and organisational policies.
• Develop and implement HR reporting and policy development initiatives.
• Support restructures and redundancy processes with stakeholder communication.
