Job summary

Live Nation and Academy Music Group is seeking an HR Advisor for a 12‑month maternity cover based in Farringdon, London. You will deliver a comprehensive HR advisory service to UK operations, acting as the first contact for employee relations and supporting the wider HR team.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK employment law, CIPD qualification, visa/immigration understanding and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Experience in an HR Generalist function.
In-depth knowledge of current UK employment law.
Experience with a wide range of employee relations issues.
CIPD qualification or HR qualification.
Visa and immigration processes understanding.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate HR advice and guidance to line managers on employee relations matters.
Escalate bullying and harassment claims to HR Managers and SVP HR.
Build relationships with line managers to address key business issues.
Ensure policy, process and employment law are followed with proper documentation.
Coach managers to implement HR strategy and changes.
Maintain electronic records in Workday when needed.
Support visa applications and flag any concerns.
Monitor absence levels and advise on return-to-work practices.
Assist with ad hoc HR projects and wellbeing initiatives.
