Ryder Reid Legal in London is recruiting an HR Advisor on an 18-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role offers broad HR generalist exposure within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key duties include maternity/paternity leave management, employee relations, absence management, UK immigration and sponsorship, onboarding/offboarding, flexible working, HR reporting, and Workday system support.

Qualifications

• Experience HR in a law firm or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and immigration processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities; Workday experience advantageous.

We are recruiting for an HR Advisor to join the London office of a prestigious US law firm on an 18-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This role offers broad HR generalist exposure within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing maternity, paternity and shared parental leave processes.
• Supporting employee relations, absence management and occupational health cases.
• Overseeing UK immigration and sponsorship matters.
