Qualifications

• Experience in leading complex employee relations (ER) cases from start to close and implementing recommendations.
• Knowledge of ER legislation and ability to keep HR policies up to date.
• Experience partnering with First Line Managers to provide tailored People support.
• Data-driven approach to absence, conduct and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead ER cases from start to resolution and implement recommendations.
• Provide tailored ER advisory support to site management.
• Coach and deliver people management training modules.
• Use data to drive absence, conduct and performance insights.
• Partner with First Line Managers on People related matters.
• Stay updated on changes to HR legislation and policy impacts.
