Job summary

Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover, working 31 hours per week with hybrid working arrangements.

You will provide practical HR guidance, handle ER cases, and support organisational changes while upholding our inclusive culture and values-driven approach within the Thera Group.

Qualifications

• Experience handling ER cases in a busy HR environment.
• Solid understanding of employment law and equality practices.
• Strong communication, coaching and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted, practical HR advice to managers and employees.
• Manage and support a variety of ER cases.
• Support restructures, TUPE and organisational change.
• Coach managers to build confidence and capability.
• Promote inclusive practices, safeguarding and equality.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners.

Salary:Up to £29,467.52 (based on 31 hours per week)
