Job summary

Office Angels Limited in the Heathrow area is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the HR team on a short-term assignment. You will report to the HR Business Partner and manage a range of HR activities from onboarding to offboarding in a busy environment.

The role requires strong generalist HR skills, confident ER case handling, solid knowledge of UK employment law, and the ability to support recruitment and employee lifecycle processes with a proactive, credible approach.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR Advisor with a strong generalist background.
• Confident managing ER cases independently.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and build credibility quickly with stakeholders.
• Available immediately.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.
• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including coordinating and managing vacancies.
• Ensure HR processes and policies are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
• Produce HR reports and identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the HRBP with day-to-day operational HR activities.
