Job Vacancy: HR Advisor (Full Time, Contract Type)

About the Role

Due to expansion at Pilgrim's, we are seeking an HR Advisor for our Corsham site in Wiltshire. The site employs professional, managerial, administrative, semi-skilled, and unskilled personnel. The HR Advisor will report to the site HR Business Partner and work as part of a team within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive HR generalist support such as attendance management, employee relations (ER), investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, recruitment, and associated administration.

While primarily overseeing attendance and ER case management on site, employee engagement and local community initiatives will be key parts of the role. The candidate will also focus on retention, health & wellbeing activities, and fostering an inclusive organizational culture.

Candidate Requirements

• Part or newly CIPD qualified or equivalent
• At least 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in manufacturing or a fast-paced organization
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Confident communication skills at all levels
• Good knowledge of employment law (preferably)
• Flexibility to adapt working hours to cover shift patterns
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience with attendance systems (training available)
