Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on managing ER casework? We're currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team here at Arco on a 7 to 8 month fixed term contract depending on when the successful candidate joins Arco.
The HR Advisor will strive to improve employee relations across the business providing specialist employee relations advice and guidance on the management of employee relation cases and polices, whilst maintaining knowledge of the business, HR trends and employment legislation.
The role is a hybrid position with a mix of office working from our Head Office in Hull and home working, 1 or 2 days a week working from Head Office, and we are open to considering both full time and part time applicants for this role.
