Job summary

AD Education UK is seeking a highly organised HR professional to join their small, busy HR team. The role supports around 650 employees across campuses, managing recruitment, onboarding, contracts and right‑to‑work checks with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will provide first‑line HR advice, assist with absence management and probation reviews, and work with the Head of HR on HR projects and documentation. ADE is an equal opportunities employer and DBS checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR environment and administrative duties.
• Recruitment and onboarding processes experience.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and employment documentation.
• Ability to advise on routine employee relations and policy guidance.
• Proficient with HR systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities for the business.
• Process right to work checks, contracts and employee records.
• Handle payroll changes and compliance processes.
• Maintain accurate HR systems and documentation to a high standard.
• Provide first‑line HR advice to managers and employees on routine matters.
• Support absence management, probation reviews and policy guidance.
