Job summary

AD Education UK is seeking a highly organised HR Advisor to join a small HR team in London or Liverpool. You will manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, right-to-work checks, contracts and employee records while maintaining high data quality and compliance.

You will provide first-line HR advice to managers, handle absence management and probation reviews, support policy guidance, and contribute to HR projects and organisational change alongside the Head of HR.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR environment and administration
• Experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes
• Understanding of HR compliance requirements and employment documentation
• Experience providing basic employee relations advice, including absence management and probation reviews
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in using HR systems and MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, including right-to-work checks, contracts and employee records
• Maintain HR systems and documentation to high standards and ensure data accuracy
• Provide first-line HR advice to managers and staff on routine matters
• Support absence management, probation reviews and policy guidance
• Assist with more complex employee relations cases, organisational change projects and HR initiatives
• Collaborate with Head of HR on HR projects and improvements
