Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading international food manufacturer to appoint an experienced HR Advisor at their Merthyr Tydfil site. You will work closely with the HR Manager and stakeholders, providing expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

You will influence people initiatives, support ER matters, manage absence, and help deliver the site HR strategy and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• This role requires CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD and a strong HR background.
• Experience advising on employee relations, absence and performance matters.
• Proactive, commercially aware approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Support managers with employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Manage absence and performance management activities.
• Help deliver site HR strategy and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure HR processes comply with policies and employment legislation.
