Job summary

Health Partners is seeking an HR Advisory Manager to lead the HR Advisory Team, providing expert employee relations guidance across the organisation. You will deputise for the HR Director and support Recruitment and HR Administration teams while delivering a high quality, integrated HR service.

You will manage and develop the team, oversee ER caseloads, and drive strategic HR initiatives, including TUPE projects and organisational change, with strong focus on data reporting and policy

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in senior HR advisory or management roles.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and TUPE transfers.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Advisory Team, providing expert employee relations guidance.
• Deputise for the HR Director and support recruitment and HR administration teams.
• Oversee ER caseloads, ensure compliant and timely resolutions.
• Develop, implement and review HR policies in line with legislation.
