Job summary

apetito UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our on-site team in Trowbridge. You will manage high-volume employee relations, champion policy adherence, and partner with managers to deliver fair, compliant HR solutions in a busy environment.

You’ll support HR projects, deliver training on key policies, and maintain HR templates while reporting on KPIs. A CIPD qualification and UK driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR Advisor role.
• Extensive employee relations casework experience.
• Proficient in HR databases and case management systems.
• Strong workload planning and prioritisation.
• Excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Up-to-date employment law knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Advise on employee relations matters with HR policy.
• Provide compliant guidance in line with legislation.
• Manage ER casework to resolution.
• Coach managers on people issues.
• Support HR projects (TUPE, redundancies, organisational change).
• Deliver training on HR policies.
• Prepare contracts and onboarding docs.
• Analyse HR KPIs and report.
• Support HR communications and employee benefits.
• Assist with Works Council and employee forums.
