Job summary

Vorenta is expanding its HR team in the UK and seeks an HR Advisor to support managers with employee relations and day-to-day HR operations. The role offers a permanent contract with a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 day from home) and a 37.5-hour work week.

You will manage absence, disciplinary and grievances cases, advise on policies, and contribute to onboarding, records maintenance and HR projects while working collaboratively with the wider team.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in an HR advisory role with focus on employee relations.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice to managers and act as go-to for day-to-day queries.
• Manage employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievances and capability matters.
• Guide managers through investigations, meetings and ensuring fair, consistent outcomes.
• Support onboarding, inductions, changes to employment and leavers processes.
• Maintain HR records accurately and ensure data protection compliance.
• Prepare employment contracts and related paperwork; coordinate meetings and follow-up actions.
• Support payroll changes and benefits administration; ensure timely submissions.
• Assist with HR reporting and policy updates; participate in HR projects.
