Job summary

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an HR Advisor to join the HR Team. You will handle employee relations, provide high-quality HR advice to clinical and non-clinical managers, and support organisational change and NHS terms and conditions of service.

With CIPD Level 5 and extensive ER experience, you will work in a hybrid model, contributing to a dynamic, unionised environment while supporting a broad workforce across Buckinghamshire.

Qualifications

• Post graduate CIPD qualification or equivalent.
• Degree level education or equivalent.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• ECDL qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage conduct, sickness absence, performance and resolution cases.
• Provide generalist HR advice to service managers across clinical and non-clinical areas.
• Support the workforce agenda with organisational change and NHS terms and conditions knowledge.
• Operate in a hybrid model of home and site-based working.
