Godolphin Management Co Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This full-time, office-based role is based on the outer skirts of Newmarket.

You will be the first point of contact for managers and employees across recruitment, apprenticeships, learning & development, immigration and employee relations, delivering a high-quality HR service in line with UK employment law.

Qualifikationen

• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Experience of ER casework, recruitment and onboarding.
• Solutions-focused, proactive & collaborative.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent (desirable).
• Experience in apprenticeship programmes, L&D and visa sponsorship (desirable).

Aufgaben

• End-to-end recruitment, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
• Lead apprenticeship programmes, monitoring compliance, funding requirements and progress reviews.
• Coordinate learning initiatives, training programmes and development activities.
• Lead on sponsorships, secondments and visa-related HR processes, compliance, monitoring and reporting.
• Advise and support managers on disciplinary, capability, grievance, absence and conduct matters, investigations, hearings and appeals.
