Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a Bristol-based HR team. This ER-heavy role involves managing grievances and absence management cases while supporting managers across sites.

The position offers hybrid working with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote, a salary of £35,875 per annum, and opportunities for career development within a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Previous HR Advisor or similar generalist HR experience.
• Strong employee relations and case management experience is essential.
• Confident managing cases independently.
• Empathetic and resilient approach.
• Collaborative and team focused.
• Experience within logistics, operations or similar fast-moving environment would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport due to travel between Bristol sites.

Are you an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys the employee relations side of HR and is confident managing your own caseload?

We’re recruiting two HR Advisors to join a friendly and supportive Bristol-based HR team. With one of the vacancies created through internal progression, it’s a great opportunity to join an organisation where there is genuine scope to develop your career.

This is a hands‑on, ER‑heavy role, so we’re looking for someone comfortable dealing with a varied caseload including grievances, absence management and other employee relations matters.

The package

• £35,875 per annum
• 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
• Flexibility to choose your working pattern, including earlier starts such as 7am or 7.30am
