Job description

Looking to join a growing company? Ashley Kate is delighted to support a brilliant business in recruiting an Interim HR Advisor for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

As the HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing the full employee life cycle, including ER cases, company benefits, and supporting payroll.
2. Handling ER cases from start to finish.
3. Processing group benefits and payroll, and addressing employee queries.
4. Supporting management with all People-related matters.
5. Taking ownership of weekly and monthly reports.
6. Supporting recruitment processes using the ATS.

We are looking for candidates with:

1. Previous experience as an HR Generalist.
2. Strong experience managing ER cases end-to-end.
3. Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong attention to detail, and good time management and organizational skills.
