Job summary

Reed in Tonbridge is seeking a Temporary HR Advisor to join the busy HR team on a temporary basis. The role covers HR generalist duties, employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, and HR systems. The position offers hybrid working options and an opportunity to gain interim experience.

The ideal candidate will have HR Advisor/Generalist experience, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and the ability to manage ER cases with minimal supervision. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Confidence in managing ER cases independently.
• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Available at short notice or immediately.
