Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking an HR Advisor to support the Newcastle Under Lyme region. The role is home-based with occasional travel to sites and offices and offers a salary up to £38,830.05, 37 hours per week and a fixed term until 31 March 2027.

You'll utilise change management, recruitment and systems knowledge, with CIPD qualification (or progress) as a strong foundation. Experience in restructures, ER, and talent management will be beneficial in this role.

I am looking for a HR Advisor to work in the Newcastle Under Lyme region with a leading housing association.

Salary: up to 38,830.05 depending upon experience

Hours per week: 37

Contract type: Fixed term until 31 March 2027

Location: Home-based, with occasional local travel to sites and offices around the Newcastle Under Lyme region.

Requirements:

• Demonstratable experience, ideally CIPD qualified (or working towards).


• Experience in a wide range of change management programs, restructures, employee relations and relevant legislation.


• A keen eye on talent management to attract the right candidates and make successful appointments to vacancies.


• Detail focused, with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.


• Tech savvy, proficient in IT with experience working with HRIS and ATS systems.


• Confident in dealing with people at all levels, with strong influencing and communication skills.


• Ability to build effective working relationships and key stakeholder management skills.
