Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking an HR Advisor to support the Newcastle Under Lyme region. The role is home-based with occasional travel to sites and offices and offers a salary up to £38,830.05, 37 hours per week and a fixed term until 31 March 2027.

You'll utilise change management, recruitment and systems knowledge, with CIPD qualification (or progress) as a strong foundation. Experience in restructures, ER, and talent management will be beneficial in this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience, CIPD qualified or working towards.
• Experience in change management programs, restructures, ER and relevant legislation.
• Talent management to attract candidates and fill vacancies.
• Detail focused with strong organisational skills under pressure.
• Tech savvy with HRIS and ATS systems.
• Confident dealing with people at all levels with influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and manage key stakeholders.
