International Procurement and Logistics Limited (IPL) is seeking a HR Advisor to join our HR Team in Pontefract. You will provide advice and guidance to colleagues on all aspects of Human Resources in line with policies and procedures, ensuring site requirements are met.

You will lead HR coordinators, build strong relationships across the factory, handle queries, run reports from the Time & Attendance system, and support the HR Manager with projects while promoting a culture of high performance

Qualifications

• Up to CIPD level 5 and/or relevant experience.
• Ability to remain calm and professional whilst under pressure.
• Impartiality of judgement.
• Dedicated team-player who strives for excellence and leads by example.
• Tactful and discreet while observing professional standards.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and pursue personal development.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as a champion to promote a culture that inspires colleagues to perform their highest potential, whilst ensuring the people plans are in place for future business opportunities enhancing career development and colleague engagement

About The Role
