Join IPL, Forza & Kober on-site in the UK as Line Manager - Production (Low Care) at a Protein site. You will lead a busy production line, deliver production plans, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring strict food safety, health & safety, hygiene and environmental standards are met.

About The Role

Join Our Dynamic Onsite Production Team at Forza Foods! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Line Manager - Production (Low Care) to become a vital part of our onsite Production Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about Production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Position Details:

• Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating shifts between 6:30am and 10:30pm
• Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role
• Contract Type: Permanent

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivery of production plans
• Comply with company and legal standards (food safety, health & safety, hygiene and environment)
• Assist in line managing a team of operatives (organise, develop, motivate, communicate)
• Demonstrate clear leadership behaviours
• Encourage teamwork
• Help train new starters
• To meet the required standards around specifications and quality
• Professional around people management
• Efficient and effective use of labour
• Manage, monitor and improve line performance
• Support new starters, offering help where required
