Job summary

Nord Anglia Education is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to provide high-quality HR support across two leading independent schools in Oxford. The role partners with managers and staff to cover employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, absence management, policy implementation and compliance.

You will work within a fast-paced educational environment, ensuring safeguarding requirements, DBS checks, and UK work eligibility are adhered to.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or similar in education or corporate setting.
• Ability to partner with managers and staff to deliver HR advisory services.
• Knowledge of HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management and absence management.

• Partner with managers and staff across two Oxford schools to provide HR advisory support.
• Deliver end-to-end HR services: recruitment, onboarding, performance management and absence management.
