Role Purpose
The HR Advisor will play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture. In this role, you'll provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and policy development. We're looking for a proactive and people-focused professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.

What we offer
·This is a 6 month FTC role.
·We are flexible in terms of location, but ideally you will be based within a commutable distance from our London or Manchester offices. Weoperate under hybrid working arrangements and you will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days a week.
