Team/Role Overview

The Human Resources (HR) Advisor will report into the Sr HRA supporting the Chief Technologist and Head of Strategic Partnerships, the Technology COO, and the Head of Business Architecture. The HRA will support the leadership teams of the Head of Chief Technologist and strategic Partnerships, the Technology COO, and the Head of Business Architecture. The HRA will be responsible for seamless delivery of HR services to these leaders’ organization in partnership with the HR Business Partner and HR Discipline teams. The role is part of the Technology and ESPA HR Advisor team and is responsible for accomplishing results through day-to-day advisory to Senior Leaders in coordination with the HR discipline partners. In addition to supporting human capital activities relating to enterprise change initiatives and objectives.
