Job summary

The Portfolio Group Inc. is seeking a hands-on HR advisor to work with diverse client businesses, handling HR documentation and compliance via remote video calls across multiple industries.

You will draft bespoke contracts, policies and handbooks, stay up to date with employment legislation, and build strong client relationships while meeting KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR practitioner with practical knowledge of employment law.

• Meeting with around four different clients each day via video call.
• Understanding each client's business, challenges and HR requirements.
• Advising clients on HR documentation and employment-related queries.
• Drafting bespoke HR documentation, including contracts, policies and handbooks.
• Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation and best practice.
• Managing your own workload to meet agreed KPIs, SLAs and deadlines.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients through every interaction.
• Supporting existing clients with ongoing HR queries and documentation.
• Identifying opportunities to introduce relevant HR products and services.
