Nicholas Associates Group Limited is collaborating with Ashley Kate HR to recruit an experienced HR Advisor in Grimsby. The role focuses on delivering a professional HR service, with emphasis on employee relations and HR best practice in a fast-paced team.

You will report to the HR Manager, providing guidance to managers, supporting onboarding and policy updates, and contributing to engagement initiatives while upholding UK employment law and company policies.

Qualificações

• Experience in a HR Advisor or generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience handling employee relations casework.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive HR team, providing expert advice to managers and supporting a broad range of people-focused activities.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a professional HR service across the business. This is a varied generalist position, with a strong focus on employee relations, stakeholder support, and HR best practice within a fast-paced team.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Provide HR advice and guidance in line with employment legislation and company policies.
• Support and coach managers on employee relations matters, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Handle HR queries and deliver a responsive HR service.
• Support key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and family leave.
• Review and update HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.

Who Are We Looking For?

• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience managing employee relations casework.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
