Rochdale Council is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the HR Strategy & Advice team. You will provide professional HR advice across employee relations, reward and workforce matters, supporting managers with complex employment issues and change initiatives.
With CIPD membership (or equivalent HR experience), you will manage complex casework and collaborate with unions to deliver People Strategy priorities effectively.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Advisor to join our busy HR Strategy & Advice team.
The successful candidate will provide professional HR advice and support across a wide range of employee relations, reward and workforce matters. You will work closely with managers across the Council, advising on complex employment issues, supporting organisational change, contributing to policy development and helping deliver key People Strategy priorities.
