Job summary

LHH in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to deliver a high‑quality, people‑focused service to our global and UK employee populations. You will own day‑to‑day HR operations, support managers and leaders, and help deliver the HR strategy to attract, develop and retain talent for future success.

You will handle ER cases, contribute to HR dashboards, and collaborate on HR and L&D initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification preferred.
• Extensive generalist HR experience, ideally global.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, solutions‑focused HR service to managers and employees.
• Manage ER cases including performance, discipline and grievance.
• Act as first point of contact for HR matters and support leaders.
• Lead and support HR and L&D projects collaboratively.

• Able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment.
• Highly collaborative team player.
