A leading company in the creative content industry is seeking an HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support during a period of exciting change and growth. The position is critical for enhancing company culture, ensuring compliance with legislation, and maintaining HR systems efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of HR experience and a solid understanding of UK employment law to this standalone role, supported by an external HR consultancy.

To enable our spaces, we offer in-house services of lighting, digital, catering, set-build and post production, alongside a full service ecom and social content agency.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The HR Advisor role is a standalone position responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support across the organisation. While operating independently, the role is supported by a dedicated HR consultancy firm and team of employment lawyers to provide additional expertise and guidance. This position plays a critical part in navigating the business through a period of exciting change and growth, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company’s evolving culture and operational success.

The role will report to the Global Head of Operations.
