Job summary

Eden Resourcing is seeking a proactive HR Adviser to join a small HR team within a Financial Services organisation during an exciting period of change. You will provide first-line HR advice across the employee lifecycle and help deliver key people processes.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you’ll manage day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, pre-employment checks and payroll changes, while supporting performance reviews and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification.
• Experience in an HR Adviser or HR Generalist role.
• Experience within Financial Services or a regulated environment is desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confidence working with HRIS, Excel, HR data and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees.
